Customer Experience Team
The Customer Experience team is here to ensure that your experience at Carson Tahoe Health is comfortable, positive and healing. If you or a family member have a question, concern or compliment about your experience at any of our facilities, we would like to hear from you. Help us see things through your eyes as we strive to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Customer Experience Representatives
At Carson Tahoe, our Customer Experience team is committed to maintaining positive relations for patients and their families. Our Customer Experience representatives are available to answer questions about your patient experience, encourage communication between patients and our staff, and will:

  • Provide patient rounding services and discharge calls
  • Assist patients with understanding the healthcare environment
  • Serve as a link between our staff, patients and families
  • Assist with resolving concerns relating to treatment or care
  • Provide an official method for the investigation, resolution, and recording of patient concerns
  • Respond to concerned patients in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of all files and allow access only to person appropriately involved in the resolution of the concern
  • Make recommendations for improvements based on patient and family feedback
  • Provide information to patients about internal and external resources

Care Concerns
We suggest you first discuss care concerns with your nurse, the department manager, and/or your doctor. If the concern remains unresolved, our patient relations team is available to help you. If you would like to submit in writing a concern, compliment or other feedback, please email us at contactus@carsontahoe.org.

If you are emailing a care concern, please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Patient’s full name
  • Date(s) of experience
  • Tell us what happened, or what suggestions you have for improvement
  • Tell us what outcome you are seeking
  • Tell us if you would like our patient relations team to respond to your e-mail
