Stephen Tann, MD, FACC Interventional Cardiologist

Dr. Stephen Tann, MD is a board certified Interventional Cardiologist for Carson Tahoe Cardiology. Dr. Tann returns to Carson Tahoe after receiving advanced fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology and minimally invasive catheter – based treatments. We are glad to have Dr. Tann and his expertise on the Carson Tahoe Cardiology Team.

After receiving his degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, Dr. Tann  completed his residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He holds three fellowships in Cardiology, Endovascular Medicine & Interventions, and Interventional Cardiology. As an Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Tann has a special interest in Peripheral Vascular Interventional Cardiology Procedures. Dr. Tann and his CTC colleagues Dr. Carl Juneau and Dr. Nathan Ho are the only three cardiologists in Northern Nevada who routinely uses the radial artery in the wrist for vascular access, thus minimizing discomfort and recovery time.
