Long-term Acute Care
Carson Tahoe Continuing Care Hospital earned Nevada’s 1st CIHQ “Center of Excellence” Designation and provides complete Long-Term Acute Care – Closer to Home
Medical conditions have no timeline. In fact, many diseases and injuries need treatment in a hospital setting designed especially for long-term acute care. Our patients typically stay in our 29-bed hospital setting for 18-35 days – enough time to truly treat complicated injuries, illnesses or chronic medical conditions.
At the Carson Tahoe Continuing Care Hospital, we develop treatment plans for each patient focused on compassion and life quality. Then we dedicate the time required to help transition patients back from their diagnoses.
